Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi today inspired promoted Hull City to an opening day victory against Manchester United.
It was Hull City first game in the English top flight in nine years.
Ajayi put away a rebound from deep inside the box to give his team a great start after 17 minutes in front of their fans.
The big defender said after the 2-0 home win that it was “an amazing” start and will hope for a positive season for Hull City, who are widely predicted to be relegated at the end of the campaign.
