Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare has completed his loan transfer to Ajax Amsterdam from Wolves.
Ajax confirmed that it is a season-long loan with an option to buy.
Sports director Jordi Cruyff said they have signed a striker with a profile they did not have.
“With Tolu, we are bringing in a striker with a profile we didn’t have in the squad yet,” he said.
“A physically strong player who has previously proven to be a goalscorer.
“We are confident that he will prove his worth to the team this coming season.”
Arokodare has been handed jersey No 99.
