Genk flying winger Yira Sor, who made his Super Eagles debut in March, is now set to join Gift Orban at newly-promoted Turkish club Amedspor.
Amed SK, coached by Besnik Hasi and who will play in the Super Lig in the forthcoming season, are negotiating with Genk for the transfer of Yira Sor, 26.
While talks are ongoing, the clubs have not yet reached an agreement, a status that was also reported by Bob Faesen.
It is believed that Genk are open to a transfer, as Sor has not fully met expectations since his €6.5 million move from Slavia Praha in January 2023.
The winger, whose development was hindered by injuries, is in his final contract year.
According to Transfermarkt, Sor’s current value has dropped to €2.5 million.
