Top Turkish team Besiktas are back in the chase for Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi.
Moffi has returned to pre-season training with parent club Nice after a loan stint at Portuguese champions FC Porto, but his future is far from settled as both player and club would prefer a departure.
The English press has reported that Beşiktaş have taken steps to sign Moffi.
The reports indicated that the 27-year-old Nigerian striker wants to leave the team and that Nice will approve his departure if a suitable offer was received.
In January, Besiktas were one of several clubs who pushed to sign Moffi before he finally settled for Porto.
