Ademola Lookman scored in back-to-back La Liga games as Atletico Madrid consolidated fourth place, while Kelechi Iheanacho and Samuel Isife were crowned champions in Scotland and Czech Republic, respectively.
5.Simy Nwankwo
The 34-year-old target man has now been crowned Goal King in three countries – Portugal, Italy and Saudi Arabia – after he bagged a brace and made an assist for his Saudi Arabia first division club Al Orobah to beat Al Anwar on the final day of the season. The former Super Eagles striker finished joint top scorer in the league with 27 goals and four assists.
Samuel Isife has had an amazing run this season primarily playing as a right wing back but he can also play as a right winger.

Playing over 30 games this season, which means, he is a good player and that coach of Slavia Prague trust him.

4.Samuel Isife
The young defender celebrated his first season at Slavia Praha with a league championship and he did it in style as he scored his first goal in the decisive 5-1 home victory over Jablonec. The 21-year-old Isife hit target in the 37th minute. The all-action rightback made 13 league appearances this season after his transfer from another Czech club, Dukla Praha.
3.Jerome Akor
The Super Eagles striker hit double digits in La Liga when he scored for the second straight game within a week to give Sevilla hope of beating the drop. After scoring the previous week against fellow relegation battles Espanyol, Akor followed up with another important strike in a 3-2 win over La Liga front runners Villarreal for his 10th goal in the Spanish top league. However, Sevilla are still not safe going into the last round of games Saturday, when they will be guests of Celta Vigo.

2.Kelechi Iheanacho
Derided by Celtic fans as he struggled for form, ‘Senior man Kels’ is now the big hero for the Glasgow faithfuls after his stoppage time penalty winner at Motherwell dragged the Scottish Premiership decider to the final game of the season against leaders Hearts. Iheanacho came off the bench again to play his part for Celtic to win their fifth straight championship with a 3-1 home win. He is certainly the man for the big occasion again.

1.Ademola Lookman
The Super Eagles forward underlined his consistency and class after he scored for the second straight game within days against Girona Sunday. ‘Mola’ also scored from the penalty spot in Atletico Madrid 2-1 win at Osasuna. It was his 12th goal in all competitions since his arrival from Italy in January. On Saturday, it will be a straight shootout for third place between hosts Villarreal and Atletico. Both teams are on 69 points each and also have the same goals difference. Will Ademola Lookman deliver the goal that will get Atleti to finish up the standings?
