Anthony Nwakaeme plans to bid Trabzonspor farewell by winning the Turkish Cup with them.
Trabzonspor will do battle with Genclerbirligi next Wednesday in the Turkish Cup final.
The contract of the 37-year-old Nwakaeme will run out at the end of the season and it will not be renewed.
Four years ago, he won the Super Lig with Trabzonspor.
