Coach Eric Chelle has said if it were left to his dream, the Super Eagles will win 5-0 and enjoy 80% of the ball possession.
But in reality Mozambique are a good opponent, who also wish to advance to the quarterfinal of the 2025 AFCON in Morocco when they clash with the star-studded Super Eagles tomorrow in Fes.
“My dream is to win 5-0, without any goal against my team, have 80% ball possession and lots of chances to score a goal, that’s perfection,” he said.
“We try to get to this perfection, but the reality is that it is not like that, there’s an opponent and they want to win, this is the AFCON, they are ready to die, they have a great state of mind, like us.
“Mozambique are a great team, they play well, they have lots of strengths , but they also have weaknesses, like us.
“So, we have to improve every day to get the dream game that I hope.”
