Emmanuel Dennis is in danger of missing the Belgium FA Cup final as reports have suggested he will now be sidelined by an ankle injury for at least six weeks.
Club Brugge face Antwerp on Sunday, March 22, with the Belgian Cup at stake and a ticket to next season’s UEFA Europa League.
Dennis missed out on Thursday’s UEFA Europa League Round of 32 clash at Manchester United after scoring in the home leg.
Initial reports suggested the forward was too tired for the United rematch, but it was later announced that he tore his ankle muscles in a league game versus Sporting Charleroi.
