The Golden Eaglets will today take on Burkina Faso to determine the third best team of the WAFU B U17 AFCON qualifiers.
Both the Golden Eaglets and the Young Stallions of Burkina Faso will not feature at next year’s U17 AFCON.
The Eaglets fell 2-0 to Ghana in the semifinal, while Burkina Faso lost 2-1 to hosts Cote d’Ivoire in the other semifinal.
Interestingly, both Nigeria and Burkina Faso played out a scoreless draw when they first clashed in a Group B match.
Kick-off time today is 3pm local time.
