Napoli could now use the money they will get from the transfer of Victor Osimhen to pay for the signing of Ademola Lookman, according to a Transfer Expert.
Galatasaray are set to pay a guaranteed 75 Million Euros to Napoli being the release clause of Osimhen.
Napoli have been interested in signing Ademola Lookman from fellow Italian club Atalanta, but they have considered him expensive for between 50 and 60 Million Euros.
However, Transfer Expert Luca Marchetti told SkySports24 that Napoli could now splash most of the cash from the Osimhen sale on Ademola Lookman, while having something extra to buy a cheap striker.
“Napoli need to sign a striker as an alternative for Lukaku and a winger on the left to join Noa Lang,” Marchetti said.
“With Osimhen money, new ideas for the attacking winger are being born.
“Napoli have worked very patiently for Ndoye (striker), but with the money from Turkey, they could bring a player like Lookman, who is expensive, he would be the expensive winger, and then take a cheaper centre-forward, so Lucca instead of Darwin Nunez.”
