Napoli are now pushing full-throttle to sign Super Eagles star Ademola Lookman with their President personally leading negotiations for the Atalanta star.
According to Tuttosport, Napoli President Aurelio de Laurentiis will lead the club’s negotiating team as he hopes to deliver coach Antonio Conte another of his transfer targets leading into the new season.
Top Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that there is now a concrete interest by Napoli for Ademola Lookman.
He said via X Atalanta are now waiting for Napoli to launch their bid, while in the background clubs in the Premier League and Spanish La Liga are also lurking.
The Repubblica newspaper also reported that Napoli are now fully focused on their pursuit of the reigning African Player of the Year.
Napoli though will have to increase their budget of 50 Million Euros for Ademola Lookman as Atalanta valuation for the player is around 60 Million Euros.
