Could it be that both Victor Osimhen and coach Antonio Conte quit Napoli in the summer to reunite at Italian rivals Juventus?
The future is uncertain for both Conte and Osimhen, who has been on loan at Galatasaray.
Conte is one match away from leading Napoli to the Scudetto face Cagliari at home Friday night.
Napoli had to settle for a 0-0 draw away to Parma Sunday, but still lead Serie A by one point ahead of Inter Milan, who were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Lazio.
Now several media outlets, including Calciomercato, are reporting that Conte will hold discussions with Napoli club president Aurelio De Laurentiis after the season.
Regardless of whether there is league gold or not, it may be possible for the parties to go their separate ways this summer.
De Laurentiis is said to be considering bringing in former Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri and has reportedly already met with him.
The reports also claim that Juventus may well do everything in their power to bring in Conte if he becomes available.
At the same time, the club want to sign Osimhen, who scored goals in the Turkish league, which Galatasaray won.
The Nigerian striker has a buyout clause of 75 Million Euros, but it only applies to clubs outside of Italy.
Juventus are said to be ready to pay more than that to get Osimhen, who has scored 36 goals in 40 competitive matches this season.
Juventus are in the Champions League spot in Serie A with one round of matches to be played.
They visit Venezia in the final round.
