Nwakaeme gets standing ovation in big home win

Trabzonspor fans gave old war horse Anthony Nwakaeme a standing ovation in their 5-0 home win over Antalyaspor.

Nwakaeme, 35, started the match and even though he was not involved in any of the goals, he got a standing ovation from the fans for his whole-hearted commitment for the 86 minutes he was on the pitch.

He made eight ball recoveries and his energy matched that of players much younger than him.

Trabzonpor have now climbed to 10thwith 22 points from 18 matches.
