According to Transfer Expert Nicolo Schira, the Napoli striker has agreed a contract until 2029 with the perennial Ligue 1 champions as well as an annual salary of 14 Million Euros.
It is now left for both PSG and Napoli to agree a transfer fee.
PSG said the release clause of 130 Million Euros is on the high side and will therefore negotiate this price tag.
They have already reportedly offered three players as part of this deal.
Napoli, on the other hand, will hope to make the most out of the sale of their record signing.
President Aurelio di Laurentiis has been known to be a very tough negotiator.
The Serie A club plan to sign Romelu Lukaku as a direct replacement for Osimhen with some reports already suggesting they could splash as much as 35 Million Euros for the Belgium star to reunite with Antonio Conte.
