Malmo midfielder Innocent Bonke will hope to quit Swedish club Malmo at the end of the season for a bigger challenge.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder still has two and a half years left on his contract with the top Swedish club.
But feelers around the former Lillestrom of Norway star told SCORENigeria that this is the best time for him to move on to a bigger league.
As players aim for bigger opportunities, you too can experience big wins at lapak303, where every game brings the chance for success!
“Bonke now needs to move up to a bigger club and league. The time is now,” said the source.
At the start of this season, the coach told him he was not in his plans and he could leave on loan.
However, Bonke stayed put and after he was overlooked for the first five matches of the season, he was Man of the Match in his team’s sixth game in place of a suspended midfielder.
He has since played 11 league games with three rounds of matches left to the end of the season with Malmo in a tight battle for a Europa League slot for next season.
He has also featured for Malmo in the UEFA Europa League this season.
In the summer, there were offers from Turkey, Russia and Germany for Bonke, but a transfer did not come through.
