Osimhen supported Chelsea as a boy growing up in Lagos and it has now been reported that the London club are prepared to rival Manchester United and PSG to sign the Super Eagles striker.

“Chelsea would have a lot of competition (for Osimhen signature,” Zola told Sky Sports.

“He’s a complete player. He’s a pest.

“I don’t know what going to happen. We will see.”

Chelsea recent gamble for a goal scorer has failed as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has only managed three goals in 17 appearances for ‘The Blues’ thus far.

Osimhen, on the other hand, is one of the most on-form strikers in Europe since after last year’s World Cup.

He has netted 18 goals to remain the leading scorer in Serie A as Napoli stay on course for a third Scudetto.
