Victor Osimhen has reacted to his possible comeback for Napoli at Bologna today.
The striker, who has been out injured since November, posted a photo of himself wearing his protective mask accompanied by two emojis of an hour glass and the face of a lion on Twitter to suggest the warrior king will soon be unleashed once again.
In Osimhen’s absence, Napoli’s title challenge has faltered as they have now slipped to third place on the Serie A table.
Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti has admitted they have missed the goals and overall play of the Super Eagles star striker.
The striker fired five goals in the Italian top league before he was injured.
Even though Osimhen is missing the AFCON in Cameroon, fans of the Eagles must be delighted he will now be available for selection for the 2022 World Cup final playoffs in March.
