Taiwo Awoniyi will finally get his wish not to play again on loan after reports said Liverpool have agreed to sell him to Bundesliga club Union Berlin.
Liverpool will get 6.5 Million Pounds for this transfer as well as a 10% from the striker’s subsequent transfer.
Last season, Awoniyi, 23, played on loan at Union Berlin, where he scored five goals and made four assists in 22 appearances.
The former Golden Eaglets star has previously played on loan in Germany, Holland and Belgium since he signed for Liverpool in 2015.
This year he was finally granted a work permit in UK.
