President of French Ligue 1 club FC Lorient has also waded into the controversy concerning the referee not awarding a penalty after Terem Moffi was fouled inside the box on his way to goal.
Moffi was clearly felled by RC Lens defender Clement Mechelin.
That was in the 31st minute, when scores still stood at 1-1 after Moffi had drawn his team level.
Lorient President Loic Fery simply asked: “How was that not a penalty?”
Lorient coach Christophe Pelissier insisted that incident changed the course of the game as his team eventually lost 4-1.
Despite the loss, Lorient remain two points outside the relegation zone with six rounds of matches still to be played.
