Goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa has opted out of a 22-man CHAN Eagles squad for the 2019 WAFU Nations Cup in Senegal with Lobi Stars defender Anumudu Ugochukwu called up.
All the players who went to Togo made the cut with Galadima Mohammed of Nasarawa United now in for Ezenwa, who will team up with the Super Eagles for a friendly against Brazil next month.
Nigeria U23 shot stopper Adamu Abubakar of Wikki Tourists was injured prior to the match against Togo in Lome and has returned to the fold.
The CHAN Eagles will have an immediate rematch with Togo on Saturday in the WAFU Cup tournament on Saturday after they were trounced by the fellow West Africans 4-1 in a CHAN playoff in Lome a week ago.
