Zimbabwe coach Katano Tembo has said the Warriors will go for broke against the Super Eagles tonight.
“We’re looking forward to the games. We will give our best,” Tembo promised.
“What is important for us is to approach it a game at a time, we will play to win and not dwell too much on previous results (vs Nigeria).
“It’s a huge occasion making our debut at the Unity Cup and we hope to make a statement, we want to win and start on a positive note.”
He said he has been excited by some of new players who have joined his training camp, while he commended the attitude of the squad as a whole.
Captain Marvelous Nakamba said the players are pushing themselves ahead of the showdown against the Super Eagles tonight.
“We have some new, young players and they should now embrace their chance by giving everything,” he said.
