Zaidu Sanusi has won his first major trophy with FC Porto as they beat rivals Benfica to win the Portuguese Super Cup.
It was Porto’s 22nd Super Cup triumph.
Zaidu played the entire 90 minutes for his club, who are currently third in the Portuguese league table with 22 points from 10 matches, four points behind leaders Sporting Lisbon.
It has been a transfer made in heaven since Zaidu moved from modest Santa Clara to Porto this past summer.
He made his UEFA Champions League, made his Super Eagles debut and has already scored twice from his leftback position including one in the Champions League.
