SCORENigeria has learnt that the U17 AFCON in Morocco may now be cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
The CAF emergency committee is said to be meeting at this point time to decide on the situation.
The tournament was meant to begin on Saturday with the Golden Eaglets billed to open their campaign on Sunday against their Tanzanian counterparts.
The Golden Eaglets were due to fly out to Morocco this week, but they are still in Abuja with no word on when they will now do so.

It would be recalled that FIFA have already cancelled this year’s U17 World Cup also on account of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
