Oghenekaro Etebo is waiting on an entry visa to complete a loan transfer to Spanish club Getafe till the end of the season.
Getafe will have an option to buy Etebo permanently at the end of the season.
The Super Eagles midfielder has not enjoyed a decent run at struggling English Championship side Stoke City this season after he did well last term.
Stoke City are hovering around the relegation zone in the English second-tier league after a run of poor results which ahs caused a change of managers.
Etebo previously played in the Spanish La Liga with Las Palmas on loan from Portugal.
