The Valencia coach has refused to react to media reports that striker Sadiq Umar could soon be on his way back to the La Liga outfit.
When asked about a possible negotiation for Real Sociedad forward Sadiq, Ron Gourlay did not answer.
He first stated that he did not understand the question and later stated he would not speak about any specific player.
Gourlay said that he does not talk about any player in particular and emphasized that while the market is open, he will not comment on any player who does not belong to Valencia.
Real Sociedad are open to offload the Super Eagles striker, who played on loan for Valencia last season, but not on a cheap.
His exit will free up the wage bill and also afford them a chance to re-organise their attack.
