Various reports have suggested that Anthony Nwakaeme is unhappy in Saudi Arabia and could now be headed back to Turkey.
In the close season, Nwakaeme could not agree a new contract with Turkish champions Trabzonspor and he eventually ended up at Saudi club Al Feyha.
He signed a contract till 2024.
Nwakaeme, who was a fans’ favourite at Trabzonspor, has now been linked with other top Turkish clubs like Besiktas and Istanbul Basaksehir.
According to Fotomac, the striker will meet with the Besiktas sports director Ceyhun Kazanci.
Emre Bezoglu, who wanted to bring the player to Fenerbache not long ago, now wants to get him for Basaksehir.
Last season, Nwakaeme crowned four eventful years in Turkey by winning the Super Lig with Trabzonspor.
