Defender of champions Istanbul BB Junior Caiçara has admitted he was pleased forward Anthony Nwakaeme missed a Turkish Super Lig game for table-topping Trabzonspor, which eventually ended in a goalless draw.
“I do not want to see Nwakaeme as an opponent in a match,” Caicara said.
“He is a very fast player, who can push me. I’m glad he didn’t play, thank God.”
Anthony Nwakaeme missed the game due to injury.
