Turkish club Trabzonspor have issued an injury update on Anthony Nwakaeme, who was forced out by injury in their opening game of the season against Kocaelispor.
Trabzonspor won the game courtesy of a Paul Onuachu goal, but compatriot Nwakaeme was replaced in the 84th minute due to injury.
Trabzonspor doctor Ahmet Beşir explained the injury.

“Following an examination and MRI, a tear, bleeding, and widespread edema were detected in the posterior muscle and tendon of his left thigh.
“Our medical team has begun treatment for our player.”
