Several top English clubs including Leicester City, Middlesbrough, Stoke City, Watford and Blackburn Rovers are following up on the leading scorer in the Norwegian top league, Jerome Akor.
The Lillestrom striker has scored 15 goals in 14 matches so far in the Norwegian top division.
Scouts from two of these chasing English clubs were in the stands last week when Akor netted his 15th goal of the season.
This season the former Flying Eagles striker has already been linked with Bundesliga club Werder Bremen as well as top Czech club Slavia Praha.
Last season, Belgian club Antwerp as well as several MLS clubs showed interest in the player, who finished as Lillestrom top scorer with eight goals in his debut season in the top division.
The agent of the striker, Atta Aneke, has told SCORENigeria his client will move this summer.
