Moffi, 20, who has been an instant hit in Belgium since his transfer in winter from Lithuania, said his mother Margaret has been his biggest fan.
“Dear mum, when I was a little child, you took care of me and you protected me,” the striker revealed in a Facebook post by his Belgian club.
“When I started playing football, you supported me and now when I score you are so proud of me.
“When I celebrate with the fans, you are the happiest person in the world.
“But in this difficult period, you are far away and I can’t visit you.
“I miss you mum.”
Moffi will also call on the fans to come together at this unprecedented time in world history.
