Lookman came off the bench in the 70th minute before he scored his team’s third goal four minutes into stoppage time.
It needed VAR intervention and some wait before the goal was allowed after the assistant referee had initially ruled it off for offside.
He then made the assist for his team to widen the margin also in additional time.
Lookman’s club will now take on Juventus on May 15 in the Coppa Italia Final.
