Former Flying Eagles striker Suleiman Abdullahi, who has been described as big flop after injuries limited his appearances for Swedish club IFK Goteborg, could make a sensational comeback soon.
Goteborg coach Stefan Billborn is upbeat the 27-year-old striker, who was signed from Bundesliga club Union Berlin, could soon be back playing at his top level.
“It looks positive. You can see that he is on his way,” he told Expressen
“His highest level is enormous.
“It is to the credit of the rehab team, of course. And himself, of course. He himself has the biggest part in this.”
‘Sulle’ has not played in the Swedish league for the past one year no thanks to his battle with injuries.
He only returned from trials at Norwegian club Stabaek, who said they won’t be signing him.
He still has a year left on his contract at Goteborg.
