The Super Falcons are now just a game away from setting up a high-profile clash against Morocco in March 2027 in continuation of the qualification series to the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
The Falcons stopped Comoros 2-0 in the first leg of their Olympics Games qualifiers with the overall winners tomorrow scheduled to face Morocco in a third round showdown next year.
Both teams will play again at the same venue – the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne – to determine the overall winners of this second round tie.
Nigeria are seeking to play in a successive Olympics after they featured at the Paris games after a 16-year absence.
