The NFF have announced that the Super Falcons will feature in an invitational tournament in Cote d’Ivoire next month as part of their preparations for the defense of their WAFCON crown.
The tournament, which will be staged in Abidjan between February 27 and March 7 under the auspices of WAFU B, also has hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana and Senegal.
This will be 10 days before the kick-off of the 2026 WAFCON in Morocco, which will also serve as qualifying tournament for the 2027 Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
Ten-time champions Super Falcons are drawn in Group C alongside Zambia, Egypt and Malawi at the 2026 WAFCON.
