Super Falcons No 1 goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, Sweden-based midfielder Ngozi Okobi and striker Uchenna Kanu have pulled out of the invitational tournament in the USA just as two players have been handed late call-ups.
Officials said they pulled out for logistical reasons.
Two other players – Halimatu Ayinde and Patricia George – had earlier withdrawn from the Summer Series.
Falcons coach Randy Waldrum has moved swiftly by calling up two uncapped players, who were born outside the country.
The players are defender Onyinyechi Zogg of FC Zurich and striker Roosa Ariyo, who was born in Finland.
The Falcons will kick off their campaign on Thursday in Houston, Texas, against the Reggae Queens of Jamaica.
They will also face Portugal and hosts USA.
