Officials and players of the Super Falcons have arrived in France for a friendly against the home team this weekend.
This will be the second friendly between these teams after the French walloped the Super Falcons 8-0 in April 2018.
That matched Nigeria’s biggest-ever defeats by Norway at the 1995 World Cup and Germany in a friendly in November 2010.
The Super Falcons have also lost twice by the odd goal to France at the World Cup.
Caretaker coach Justin Madugu will be captain Rasheedat Ajibade, who is injured, as well as top star Asisat Oshoala, who can not fly out of the United States of America at the moment.
Kick-off Saturday in Angers will be 9.30pm.
