The high-profile friendly between the Super Eagles and world champions Argentina next month will now be staged in China, officials disclosed.

SCORENigeria first broke the news that the Super Eagles have arranged this friendly against Argentina to be played in Japan.
However, there was also a chance that the venue will be shifted to China on account of logistics.
“Yes, the match against Argentina will now be played in China,” a top official informed SCORENigeria
The friendly against the world champions will be played in the FIFA friendly window of March 18 to 26.
The Super Eagles will use the match to prepare for crucial 2026 World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Benin in June.
