The Super Eagles strikers are good to go for the AFCON as most of them scored in their final training in Abuja with uncapped Sadiq Umar catching the eye with three goals.
Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho netted a brace with Henry Onyekuru and Peter Olayinka also hitting target.
Onyekuru and Olayinka are both late additions to the squad following the withdrawal of Victor Osimhen and Emmanuel Dennis respectively.
Today’s performance should allay fears that the Eagles will struggle to score goals in the absence of the team’s leading scorer Osimhen, who fired five goals in the AFCON qualifiers.
All 23 players in camp trained fully with defender Chidozie Awaziem, who was nursing a knock, very much part of this evening’s session.
The team will fly out to their AFCON base of Garoua, Northern Cameroon, tomorrow evening, officials told SCORENigeria
