Former Super Eagles striker Anthony Ujah has said he hopes to be back from a knee injury before the year runs out.
“I suffered a knee injury, which needed surgery, but I hope to be back before the end of the year,” Ujah disclosed.
The vastly experienced striker has only settled in at Bulgarian club Botev Plodiv this season after his sojourn in the German Bundesliga.
The Bulgarian club have as many five Nigerian youngsters on their books and already they have approached Ujah to consider a managerial role when he calls it quits with playing.
