Victor Osimhen will not have fellow Super Eagles star Raphael Onyedika at Turkish giants Galatasaray after Belgian champions Club Brugge stopped the transfer.
According to Voetbalkrant.com, Club Brugge refused to approve for Onyedika to switch to Turkey because then they would be forced to get a worthy replacement for the defensive midfielder.
Such a replacement will certainly not come cheap, but most importantly the transfer window in Belgium is closed and so they cannot do so.
Also, the registration for the UEFA Champions League closed last Wednesday.
So the earliest the Super Eagles midfielder could be allowed to move will be January, when the transfer window re-opens.
