‘Samu’ has regained full fitness after a recent groin surgery in Germany as he has been listed for tonight’s UEFA Europa League clash at Red Bull Salzburg.
The medical staff of La Liga club Villarreal announced they have given Chukwueze the green light to return to full action.
Chukwueze’s last game for Villarreal was on January 8 when they won 4-0 at Celta Vigo.
He has scored a goal in 17 appearances for his club this season.
His return to action has thus dispelled fears the tricky winger will miss the AFCON qualifiers against Benin and Lesotho next month.
