The Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle will meet with the NFF technical committee soon to rub minds on how to approach the remaining six 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
A top official told SCORENigeria that in the meeting Eric Chelle will reveal his plans to turn around the country’s faltering World Cup qualifying campaign.
“He will meet with the technical committee on his return to the country,” the official disclosed.
“He plans to spend more time in Nigeria so as to monitor the players in the domestic league as well as familiarize himself with the people he will work with.”
The former Mali coach is currently back in Europe, where he hopes with several Super Eagles stars to reveal his plans for the World Cup qualifiers, which will resume in March.
Nigeria are second bottom of Group C with three points from four matches.
Rwanda lead the standings on seven points and a better goals difference than South Africa and Benin, who also have seven points.
I can see that the Nff officers want to give him the names of their players that he will be given playing time in super Eagles team, nothing than that believe it or not, politics everywhere…..
