Super Eagles will begin training in Tangeirs, Morocco, tomorrow as some officials and players have already hit the training camp.
Officials disclosed that South Africa-based goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi was the first player in camp after he flew in with coaches Salisu Yusuf and Joseph Yobo.
Yusuf has been re-appointed Eagles chief coach after he served out a year’s ban for receiving cash from undercover journalists posing as agents in 2017.
Kevin Akpoguma, Jamilu Collins and Paul Onuachu have since joined the team directly from their bases in Europe.
Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Ola Aina, Chidera Ejuke and Frank Onyeka also landed tonight.
The Super Eagles tackle Liberia on Saturday, before fly down to Nigeria to host Cape Verde on November 16 in Lagos.
Group C leaders Nigeria need two points from these two matches to advance to the final playoffs for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers in March 2022.
