The Super Eagles will begin their quest to feature at the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon on November 11, when they host next-door neigbours Benin Republic in a Group L clash.
The Eagles will then fly out to the Southern African nation of Lesotho eight days later in continuation of the qualifiers.
Match Day 3 of the qualifying tournament will be on August 31, 2020, when Nigeria welcome fellow West Africans Sierra Leone.
The reverse fixture in Sierra Leone will be eight days later.
The Eagles will then face hosts Benin on October 5, 2020, before they round up the qualifying series on November 9, 2020 with a home game versus Lesotho.
The top two teams from Group L will qualify for Cameroon 2021.
