Former Flying Eagles striker Jerome Akor has scored his ninth goal of the season following his brace in the Norway Cup.
Akor, who has scored seven goals in as many matches in the top league, hit target in the 74th and 81st minutes in the second round of the cup against Ullensaker/Kisa.
However, Lillestrom, who reached last season’s cup final, suffered a shock elimination at the hands of the third-tier side.
The red-hot striker is a top transfer target with Lillestrom already preparing for his departure.
Top Czech club Slavia Praha have joined Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen in the race to sign the centre-forward.
SCORENigeria learnt that last year Belgian club Antwerp and clubs in the Major League Soccer (MLS) were interested in signing Akor.
