According to Sky Italia, Victor Osimhen has finally agreed to extend his contract till 2026, which makes him the highest earner at the Serie A champions.
The report said Osimhen will now earn 10 Million Euros a year, which is more than double what he currently earns.
It is also believed that a release clause has been inserted on this contract.
His subsisting contract was to have run out in June 2025.
Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has always maintained that Osimhen is staying put at the club.
This has thus ended the interest of Saudi Arabia club Al Hilal, who offered to pay the 24-year-old striker a Million Euros a week on a three-year contract.
Top European clubs like Manchester United and PSG were also linked with Osimhen, who was crowned Goal King in Italy last season with 26 goals.
