New shooting star Emmanuel Dennis followed up on his heroics at Real Madrid with a goal against KAA Gent, Super Eagles winger Moses Simon was match winner for Nantes in France, while Jordan Kadiri has brought more attention to himself in Sweden with a well-taken goal to earn Ostersunds a point on the road.
5. Simy Nwankwo
Super Eagles striker has continued to rattle the goals in the Italian Serie B after his brace for Crotone in a 3-1 win over Virtus Entella. He has now scored four goals and provided an assist in seven games as Crotone continue to push for a prompt return to the top flight.
4. Jordan Kadiri
The 19-year-old striker scored his second straight goal for Swedish club Ostersunds FK to earn a 1-1 draw at BK Hacken. His latest effort was a super, right-footed strike from the edge of the box, which gave the goalkeeper no chance. Certainly a player to keep an eye on in only his debut season in Europe.
3. Victor Osimhen
The striker has continued to fire on all cylinders in France with his seventh goal to salvage a point for Lille at home against Nimes. This was coming just days after he fired his first UEFA Champions League goal against Chelsea.
2. Moses Simon
The winger scored his second Ligue 1 goal, a header on 86 minutes, and it proved to be the match winner for Nantes against Nice. The Canaries are now second on the table behind champions PSG. He has settled down nicely in France on loan from La Liga side UD Levante and it won’t be a surprise if Nantes took up the option to buy him permanently at season’s end.
1.Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis
He grabbed his third goal in the Belgian league in a 4-0 mauling of KAA Gent by Club Brugge just days after his memorable double at Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League. Club Brugge stay top of the league with 23 points and remain unbeaten this season.
