3.Paul Onuachu
The giant striker has not wasted any time in getting among the goals at new club Trabzonspor after he opened scoring on his debut against Besiktas. It was an opening goal that inspired a big home win for Trabzonspor and which would have boosted the self-belief of the big centre-forward. He last scored a goal eight months ago. He looks good to enjoy his time in Turkey on loan from Southampton.

2.Moses Simon
After a rather indifferent campaign last season, the speedy Super Eagles winger got his first goal in Ligue 1 for FC Nantes to win their first game at Clermont Foot. His superb match winner ought to get The Canaries back firing again after a laboured start to the new season with two losses and two draws.

Moffi again showed he loves scoring against Ligue 1 champions PSG with a brace and an assist for Nice to win 3-2 in Paris. The authoritative L’Equipe newspaper dubbed the striker ‘Prince de Parc’ in tribute to his exploits against the biggest French club. He has now scored five goals in six matches against the star-studded PSG, whose captain Kylian Mbappe took exception to the goal celebration by the Super Eagles striker. Moffi was unapologetic and he said so on his Instagram handle – “I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to absolutely no one. » Nice snapped up Moffi from modest FC Lorient in January for them to be rubbing shoulders with the likes of PSG and already this transfer is looking very much a sure winner.
