Terem Moffi without a doubt posted the most spectacular individual performance by a Nigeria star this past week with his double for OGC Nice in the UEFA Europa Conference League at FC Basel, and that included an acrobatic overhead goal that has got everyone talking.
5.Dickson Abiama
The 24-year-old striker came off the bench to snatch the winning goal for Greuther Furth to beat Jan Regensburg 2-1 at home in Bundesliga 2 at the weekend. He was also on target earlier this month in the loss away from home at Paderborn. He has now scored thrice in this campaign. However, his club are far off the pace for promotion back to the Bundesliga this season.

4.Chuba Akpom
The goals of the former Arsenal ace continued to keep Middlesbrough on track for a return to the Premier League. ‘Boro are fourth on the English Championship table with 71 points from 42 matches and very much within the promotion playoffs bracket. Akpom grabbed his 27th league goal in a 5-1 spanking of Norwich City at the weekend. Last season, the 27-year-old forward managed seven goals. It has therefore been his most productive season ever and that can only be attributed to his now playing behind the main striker.
3.Victor Boniface
The big striker scored his sixth goal in the UEFA Europa League at Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen to give his modest Belgian club Union St.Gilloise a good chance of reaching the semifinal of the competition. Boniface and Union will hope to upstage their latest Bundesliga foes in front of their fans back in Belgium to reach the last-four of the Europa League.

2.Cyriel Dessers
The Super Eagles striker netted a priceless winner for US Cremonese to record their second straight Serie A victory this season against Empoli. His club are second from bottom of the standings with 19 points and four points from safety. It is still possible to escape relegation for Cremonese with eight rounds of matches still to be played and the new-found form and confidence of Dessers and his teammates. The 28-year-old Dessers is his club’s joint leading scorer with six goals from 24 appearances.
1.Terem Moffi
The striker scored his third goal in the UEFA Europa Conference League with an audacious overhead effort at FC Basel of Switzerland. The goal was easily voted the Goal of the Week in the competition and enjoyed many rave reviews. Ambitious OGC Nice will fancy their chance to reach the semifinal of the Europa League when they welcome Basel to the reverse tie in France. Moffi with seven goals in 11 appearances has most certainly settled in at his new club and a lot more will be expected of him in the coming season for the South of France outfit.
