This Camberwell-born midfielder has come to stay in this star-studded Rangers side after he enjoyed a fantastic 2020.
Though slowed down a bit due to injury, the former Charlton Athletic midfielder returned gamely to reclaim his place in manager Steven Gerrard’s side.
Joined up from England last season, Aribo started 2020 on the winning side of Rangers, clocking in 80 minutes as the Ibrox Park side beat St. Mirren 1-0 in January 22.
He went on to establish himself in the ambitious Rangers side.
He will go on to score thrice in 27 league appearances and will thereafter be named his club’s Young Player of the Year.
In the current campaign, he has netted four times in 15 matches.
He will most certainly play a big part as Rangers try to finally break the long-running dominance bitter city rivals Celtic have enjoyed.
Internationally, he tried to build on the solid foundation he had set in 2019, when he made his debut for the Super Eagles.
A lot more will be expected of this versatile 24-year-old in the New Year.
